The short answer
Test 400 and Sustanon 250 are both testosterone blends and are otherwise close to opposites. Sustanon is built around a short propionate fraction for fast onset at a moderate 250 mg/ml. Test 400 has no short ester at all and concentrates three mid-length to long esters into 400 mg/ml. One is designed for the shape of the curve, the other for the amount per millilitre.
